Combat Sports Manager

Hi. I’m Jeff. SingleSave Studio is me, and the studio’s first game is Combat Sports Manager.

It’s a 2D management sim about running a combat sports promotion. You sign fighters, you book cards, you negotiate the broadcast deal, you fill the building. The hook is that the cards are multi-discipline by default — boxing, kickboxing, and MMA can all share the same fight night, and most of the interesting decisions in the game come from how you build a card across three sports that pay differently, draw differently, and end differently.

I’m making this game because nobody else was going to. The combat sports management sub-genre has maybe four games in it, depending on how generous you’re being, and none of them treat the cross-discipline question seriously. I’ve been waiting for someone to ship the version of this game I wanted to play, and at some point you stop waiting.

The demo is live on itch right now. It’s a vertical slice of the booking and event-night loop — small roster, one venue, simplified economics, no career mode yet. Enough to feel the core decision-making. Play it. Tell me what’s broken.
